Job Description
- 37.5 hours per week on a full-time basis
- Conduct assessments and implement bespoke
ABA therapy programmes tailored to each child’s
individual needs. - Deliver structured 1:1 and small-group ABA
sessions in educational, home, or clinical settings. - Monitor and record behavioural data, analyse
progress, and adjust intervention plans as needed. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including
occupational therapists, speech and language
therapists, teachers, and families. - Provide training and support to parents and
caregivers to ensure consistency across
environments. - Attend regular supervision, training, and case
meetings. - Maintain accurate and timely case notes and
documentation in line with safeguarding and data
protection standards.
Experience Required
A relevant degree in Psychology, Behavioural
Science, Education, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering ABA
therapy to children with autism.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and
behavioural intervention techniques.
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
and family-led environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to
working with neurodiverse children.
