Job Description

  1. 37.5 hours per week on a full-time basis
  2. Conduct assessments and implement bespoke
    ABA therapy programmes tailored to each child’s
    individual needs.
  3. Deliver structured 1:1 and small-group ABA
    sessions in educational, home, or clinical settings.
  4. Monitor and record behavioural data, analyse
    progress, and adjust intervention plans as needed.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including
    occupational therapists, speech and language
    therapists, teachers, and families.
  6. Provide training and support to parents and
    caregivers to ensure consistency across
    environments.
  7. Attend regular supervision, training, and case
    meetings.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely case notes and
    documentation in line with safeguarding and data
    protection standards.


Experience Required
A relevant degree in Psychology, Behavioural
Science, Education, or related field.
 Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering ABA
therapy to children with autism.
 Strong understanding of ABA principles and
behavioural intervention techniques.
 Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
and family-led environments.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to
working with neurodiverse children.
